Tolerance custom property - SA_TargetGraph

A percent deviation of a variable from its setpoint in the SA_TargetGraph symbol. When the variable is within the percent deviation around its setpoint, the setpoint line is black. The setpoint line turns yellow when the variable exceeds the percent tolerance range. The default is 10.
