Symbol configuration

The basic configuration of the SA_MeterVoting symbol sets the orientation (horizontal/vertical) of the symbol and the number of voting meters (Two/Three). Then, determine the conditions when multiple meters vote and the criteria for agreement on a measured value. Configure the MeterXAgreeOnVoting custom property for each voting meter to evaluate to True when the meter agrees with the measured value.
