The Boolean value of SpeedCtlModeManual indicates Manual operational mode of a variable speed controller.When set to False, the variable control is not running in Manual operational mode.
When set to True, the Control Mode Indicator shows the letter M to indicate that a variable control is running in Manual operational mode.
