EngUnitsVisible custom property

The Boolean value of EngUnitsVisible shows or hides an engineering units label that appears beneath a symbol's numeric measured value.
An engineering units label can be specified by two methods based on the value assigned to the EngUnitsType Wizard option.

EngUnitsType=StaticText
Static string set from the symbol's Substitute String function, which is available from WindowMaker or the Industrial Graphic Editor.

EngUnitsType=CustomPropertyLabel
Dynamic string assigned as the value of the EngUnits custom property.
