Simplified node modelling

Previously in Network models it was not possible to delete nodes if they were in use - finding in-use nodes was difficult, which made maintaining models challenging leading to complex and unnecessary network topology. It is now possible to delete nodes from the Nodes page - this will leave the places where this node was in use in an invalid state, and these errors are highlighted. For example, deleting a supply node will leave existing supplies at that node orphaned, so these should be deactivated or have their node corrected. Similarly transport links from this node will also have an orphaned origin and these should be deactivated or corrected. Indicators in the scroll bar of each page show where there are invalid items due to empty nodes, and if the model is run errors will be generated.

After deleting nodes diagnostics and warnings can be used to find the orphaned items in the model and correct them.
For an existing Network model, the first time it is edited there may be a slight delay for up to two minutes as the model is updated to support this functionality - after this is complete save and commit the model so this upgrade does not need to run again in the future.
