The Locations page lists all the locations stored in the shares you have access to. Locations are used in Network cases.

Note: The last three columns (Changeset, Last Modified and Permission) are hidden in the Default view. To show these columns, select All from the View drop-down menu in the Grid group of the Home ribbon tab.
The Changeset column shows a number that increases whenever the location is modified and committed.
Follow these step to add a location:

Click Add Location in the Locations group of the Home ribbon tab. A new row is added to the grid.

Edit the value in the Name field of the new row.

If needed, change the share in the Share field to something other than Private Share. Click the arrow in the field to reveal a list of all available shares.

Fill any other fields in the row. Note that you do not need to fill all these fields when creating a location; you can create a valid location by specifying just the Name field.

Click Commit in the Sharing group of the Home ribbon tab to commit your changes.
