Price sets

It is now much easier to select price sets and scenarios in various tabs of the Price Sets page of the Model Explorer, thanks to several usability improvements.

The Price Set selector, shown on every tab of the page except Price Sets, is now wider. The width of the list now changes dynamically to fully display the longest price set name.

In previous releases, the list was narrower and had a fixed width, causing longer names to be partially hidden. To see the full name you had to hover the mouse cursor on an entry to show the corresponding tooltip. This made it difficult and time consuming to distinguish between price sets with similar names.

The Scenarios filter box (shown on the Parameters, Parameter Values and Pricing Data tabs) is now more flexible. In previous releases, it was a simple search box that filtered the displayed scenarios in real time. While this functionality is preserved, you can now also show and hide individual scenarios by selecting and clearing check boxes. In addition, two system filters have been added to hide and show all scenarios.

The text in the search box, the filters and the list of check boxes are all synchronized. For example, selecting the Hide All Scenarios filter clears all the check boxes. Depending on what is selected, the search box displays the number of selected scenarios, the scenario name if only one scenario is selected, or the name of one of the system filters.

Finally, the Parameters filter box has been removed from the Parameters and Parameter Values tabs. You can easily filter parameters and other values from the table column headers instead.
