Change configuration duration

Every asset must always have a configuration, even if it has no active flow. It may not be possible to edit the start and end time of a particular configuration, as this may involve producing a time when no configuration is present. Instead, to edit the start or end time of the configuration you must split the configuration, and then edit the configuration parameters before and after the split.

To split the configuration and allow the state before and after to be changed:

1. Select the asset configuration to be changed on the Tabular pane.

2. Click the Show on Gantt icon () in the Tabular pane toolbar.

3. Expand the asset view in the Gantt pane to see the configuration.

4. Right-click the configuration at the required time and choose Split from the context menu.

5. Use the Split Selection dialog to edit the time the split occurs.
