Optimize data from Excel

You can optimize cases and see the results of the optimization from Excel.
To optimize the case from which you have retrieved the data in the current workbook, click the Optimize All button in the Connections group of the AVEVA™ USC Plan ribbon tab.
There are two options for this command. To reveal them, click the lower part of the button to open a menu with the following choices:

Optimize All: optimizes data in all the sheets of the workbook. This is the default option.

Optimize: optimizes data in the current sheet only.
Note: If you retrieved data with the Dynamic Cases option you cannot use the Optimize All button. Instead, click the Optimize Dynamic button next to it.
