Other Schedule fixes and improvements

The general stability and reliability of Schedule have been improved since the last version. In addition, the following improvements have been made:

• Manifolds can now have multiple rules generating activities to them. In previous releases, no more than one draw or fill activity was allowed. This restriction now only applies to inventory assets.

  This change resolves an issue that could cause flow to a manifold not to resume after being set to zero for a period of time.

• Resolved an issue that would result in a mismatch between the sum of the reported components in a tank, and the inventory value for the same tank in the Tabular pane.
