AVEVA™ Unified Supply Chain

Other fixes and improvements

The general stability and reliability of Plan and Network have been improved since the last version. In addition, the following improvements have been made:

  • Resolved an issue that would cause watch sets containing watch items for asset input feedstocks to disappear. This happened when there was more than one possible value for the stream value of the watch item. Now the stream value is returned as null and the watch set is shown as expected.

  • The Active check boxes for minimum and maximum constraints in grids would sometimes appear as not available even if there was no active fixed constraint. Hovering the mouse pointer over an affected check box would return it to the expected state. This has now been resolved.

  • In the optimization analysis report, the Case Run Time entry was added to the Metrics section of each multi-start run.

  • When adding an RFG specification with the RFGBOB option enabled, you now have to choose an ethanol feedstock before closing the dialog. In previous releases you could create the specification without choosing an ethanol feedstock, which could later lead to errors.

  • In the Plan environment, the Multi-Start Metrics window is now populated even when multi-start is not enabled, as long as the Multi-Start Metrics option is active in the Result Retrieval Settings page of the Run Settings dialog. In this case, the Multi-Start Metrics window will show one row with the result of the single optimization run. This behavior is consistent with the one in the Network environment.

  • Resolved an issue that could cause AVEVA Unified Supply Chain to stop working when deleting process model bases from the Bases section in the Model Structure tab of the Process Units page. The issue did not occur when deleting the base at the top of the list.

  • The SDK has been further optimized, resulting in notable performance improvements. The performance gains you experience will vary according to the model you use the SDK on.
