Miscellaneous fixes and improvements

The general stability and reliability of Schedule have been improved since the last version. In addition, the following improvements have been made:

• Non-zero average flow rates are now included in the output of the Publish Environment even if there is a zero flow rate at the corresponding date and time.

  After this change, the total amount of material in one day is calculated as the average flow rate over the entire day, rather than just over the period of daily production.

  As a consequence, the average flow rates values in the Publish Environment output now differ from those in the Schedule by Day report.

• AVEVA Unified Supply Chain could stop working when values were deleted from cells in the Tabular pane, and then new values were pasted in rapid succession. This has been resolved.
