Some setting configurations on the Optimization Starting Point page of the Run Settings dialog now result in errors rather than warnings:

Multi-start enabled, warm start enabled, randomization control disabled.

Multi-start enabled, warm start disabled, randomization control enabled but with no control items selected.

Multi-start enabled, warm start enabled, randomization control enabled but with no control items selected.
All the above configurations result in the same optimization being run multiple times, which has no benefits and wastes time and computing resources.
