Follow the steps in this topic to send detailed feedback about a schedule optimization with Schedule AI Assistant to AVEVA. For example, you may want the development team to investigate an unexpected result or share your feedback about optimization results.
Note: The feedback feature sends your case logs, optimization features and results to AVEVA. These can be accessed by the development team for 30 days and are then deleted.

Click the feedback icon (
) near the top right corner of the Schedule AI Assistant window. The Feedback dialog box opens.

Tip: You can move the pane around by clicking and dragging the title bar.

Enter your feedback in the text box. Make sure you mention which result, or results, your comments refer to.
Tip: The information you have entered is preserved until you click the Send button, even if you close and reopen the Feedback dialog box.

Click Send. Your feedback is sent to AVEVA, after which you receive a success notification with a Feedback ID. Copy the Feedback ID somewhere safe.
