Industrial AI Assistant

The AVEVA Industrial AI Assistant is available within the Plan Explorer to aid in workflows throughout the application. The AI Assistant can answer questions and give guidance on completing tasks within the application and help explain many of the concepts and modelling approaches needed to effectively use the software, and is capable of responding in languages other than English.

The Industrial Assistant uses the available Spiral Suite online documentation as well other resources to provide guidance - responses should always be verified against official documentation and expert advice.

After answering a question the Industrial Assistant provides context around the resources used to generate the response, helping users understand the basis of the information provided. Click the Show citations button to show the related sources.

Information Shared with AVEVA

When you use the AVEVA Industrial AI Assistant, the following information is shared with AVEVA:

1. Your questions and interactions with the Industrial AI Assistant.

2. The user identity associated with the CONNECT account used to log in to Spiral Suite.

It is not possible for the Industrial AI Assistant to view any model content. The Assistant has no access to pricing data, crude or feedstock properties, model structure, or any other information contained within your models. The AI Industrial Assistant is designed to provide guidance and answer questions based on general knowledge of the software and industry best practices, without accessing specific model data.
