Page load cancel

The new Page Load Cancel optional feature lets you cancel data loading for selected pages and tabs in the Model Explorer and the Network environment. This is useful for models with a large amount of data, where fully loading a page can take a considerable time. In case you want to switch to a different task, you no longer have to wait until all the data has been loaded.

Canceling page load is available in the following locations:

• In the Model Explorer:

  • The Feedstocks tab of the Feedstocks page.

  • The Grades tab of the Specifications page.

  • The Traded Materials page.

• In the Network environment:

  • The Demands tab of the Demands page.

  • The Supplies tab of the Supplies page.

  • The Transport Links tab of the Transports page.

This feature will be extended to additional locations in future releases of AVEVA Unified Supply Chain.

When the feature is enabled and one of the supported pages is loading, click Cancel in the loading indicator to stop the operation.

After a loading operation has been canceled, a message is displayed above the corresponding grid. Click Reload to load the data again.

The Page Load Cancel optional feature is disabled by default. You are encouraged to try this feature and give feedback on the workflow and use case before the functionality is finalized in a future release.
