Check connectors

If you have any connectors in your Data Sources list, the Connectors ribbon group becomes visible. From this group you can select one or more connectors to check their status. Follow these steps:

  1. In the Connectors ribbon group, click the arrow at the end of the text box. A list of connectors appears.

  2. Select the check box next to each connector you want to check, then click OK.

  3. Click Check Connectors. The Check Connectors dialog opens.

  4. Wait while the check is being carried out. Review any issues by reading the details in the Message column. Click Close when finished.
