AVEVA Industrial AI Assistant - integrated workflow assistance

An integrated AI Assistant is now available within Plan. Powered by the AVEVA Industrial AI Assistant, it can respond to questions about the software, workflows, and modelling - but it does not have access to model contents or results. For questions relating to modelling, integration, and workflow, the assistant draws on AVEVA's documentation to deliver relevant, actionable guidance. Responses are tailored to the context you provide - the more detail included in your prompt, the more precise the response. Use follow-up questions to refine the answer further, and follow the links to online help content for full workflow descriptions and tool guidance.

Note: This feature requires a CONNECT account, and AI Assistant must be enabled in your CONNECT environment. To request access, please contact Technical Support.

Questions submitted to the AVEVA Industrial AI Assistant are transmitted over the internet; however, no model data is included in these requests. This includes pricing information, model coefficients, and model structure, all of which remain stored locally within Plan. To use the AVEVA Industrial AI Assistant, you must be signed in to AVEVA Connect. The assistant can respond to questions in natural language but cannot currently perform actions within the tool. Queries are logged for quality assurance purposes and are associated with your AVEVA Connect user identity. Query content alone may be shared within the wider AVEVA organization and with its development partners - no user or customer identity data is shared.
