Other Plan and Network fixes and improvements

The general stability and reliability of Plan and Network have been improved since the last version. In addition, the following improvements have been made:

• On the Flowsheet page, when typing the name of the input stream of an asset in the Properties inspector, the focus would switch to the name of the first output as soon as typing was briefly paused. This has been resolved.

• Stream values are now shown in the Watch window for blender watch items. These stream values could already be consulted elsewhere in AVEVA Unified Supply Chain, for example in the Stream Values inspector on the Flowsheet page.

• Resolved an issue that could cause AVEVA Unified Supply Chain to stop working in rare circumstances, for example when repeatedly editing predictions in a Base + Delta model.
