Improved Network table performance

Table response times have greatly improved for Network cases with large numbers of groups. Improvements affect all typical workflows (displaying grids, creating, deleting and updating items) and all object types for which groups are available: supplies, demands, terminal operations, terminal inventories and transport links.

Performance improvements are especially significant for large cases, with several hundreds or thousands of items. Operations that previously required many minutes to complete can now take as little as a few seconds.

These improvements directly translate to much faster data integration to these tables. Much larger models can now be built and analyzed effectively in Network. Workflows that required too much time in previous releases can now be readily carried out.
