Customize user message for customer business rules

For customer business rules, it is possible to customize the message that displays to the user in the OSM Web Application.
Note: Only custom business rules can have customized messages.
Guidelines

Customer business rules are developed by AVEVA; however, the messages to user can be somewhat customized and translated using OSM Administration.

Not all messages can be customized or translated.

You can add alternative messages in different languages, but only one message for each language.

You can modify text as you like, and insert message field codes into the message.
Customize user messages for a customer business rule

On the Maintenance of entities and workflows window, right-click an entity and select Business rules.

Right-click a Customer specific business rule and click Messages.

If you have not selected a customer specific business rule, you will get this message.

If you have selected a customer specific business rule, the Customize message for business rule window opens.

Right-click the message row and click Customize message.

On the Customize message for business rule window, click Add on the main toolbar to add a new row.

Modify the text as needed, and click Save on the main toolbar.
You can delete rows as well as add row. You can add rows for different languages.
