Add states for isolation points

The dynamic functionality named State enables you to turn on a state column for isolation lists, so that each isolation point in the list has the option to select a current state for the isolation point from a pre-defined list.
These are custom-defined states that can be attached to individual isolation points.
Attributes

A state that is Active will appear in the selection menu for State column for Isolation lists.

The Default state is the state that will be selected by default.

The Final state is the last state to assign to the isolation point.

The Is in use column appears selected when the state is currently assigned to an isolation point.
Add states for isolation points

On the Main menu, double-click State for isolation point.

On the query window, click Lookup next to Site.

Select your site and click OK.

Note: If the query returns no items, see Adding new rows when query returns '0' rows.
The State for isolation point window opens.

Click New on the main toolbar to add a new row.

Enter the details for the state:

Site - Browse to select your site.

Code - Enter a code name for the state.

Name - Enter a name for the state.

Click Save on the main toolbar.
