Inactivate users of company unit

You can inactivate all the users belonging to a company unit at one time.

When you perform this action, the following occurs:

• Removes all users from the company unit.

• Makes each individual user inactive.

• Does not remove the company unit.

Inactivate members of a company unit

1. Open the System Management menu, and double-click Company units.

2. Right-click a company unit and click Inactivate users.

   

3. A confirmation message appears. Click Yes.

   

4. If you want to continue, click Yes.

   

5. A completion message appears. Click OK.
