Configure work permit status for inclusion on Monitoring tab
The Monitoring business rule identifies which statuses for work permits will cause a work permit to appear in the Monitoring tab of Work Permit Library.
You will need to enable the Monitoring business rule on each status of the work permit entity — where you want the work permit to be considered relevant for the current shift.
Example
Work permits in these statuses should appear on the Monitoring tab for the current shift:
-
Active
-
Inactive
-
Expired
-
On hold

Guidelines
-
Cancelled or Closed work permits will never appear in the Monitoring tab.
-
You can enable the monitoring rule on multiple statuses.
-
Monitoring tab also requires that work permits are valid for the current shift.
To view all statuses where the monitoring business rule is enabled
-
Right-click the business rule, and click View Rule report. A PDF report is generated showing all the places where the monitoring business rule is enabled.
