Include attachment from work permit type

You can add attachments to a work permit type and those attachments will appear on each new work permit of that type that is created.

If you add an attachment to the work permit type and the subtype and select the Copy to main entity when it is created check box., both will be included on a new work permit item.

To include attachment from work permit type

1. On the Work permit type window, select a work permit type.

2. Click the Attachment icon on the main toolbar. The Attachment window opens.

   

3. Select an attachment class. If you chose Internet address, provide a URL. If you chose File storage, browse to select a file to attach.

4. Select the Copy to main entity when it is created check box.

5. Click Save on the main toolbar.
