User parameters

• User name

The name for this user when signing in to the system.

• Active

When selected, this user profile is active.

• E-mail address

The e-mail address for the user. Each e-mail address must be unique in the system. In other words, no two users can use the same e-mail address.

• Display name

The name of the user as it displays in the OSM web application.

• Employee number

The user's employee number.

• Company unit

The company unit that the user belongs to.

• Title

The job title of the user.

• Company

The company that employs the user.

• Created

The creation date for this user profile.

• Last login

The date the user last logged in.

• Profile log

A log of changes made to this user profile. Double-click this field to open the log.

• Profile updated

The date the user profile was last updated.
