Remove referenced objects when canceling

When a work permit is processed to a given status, it’s possible to remove the references to other objects. This is done by enabling one or more business rules on a work permit status.

Business rules

These business rules can be enabled to remove references:

• Remove all links/references to isolation lists from the work permit.

• Remove links/references to supplementary forms from the work permit.

• Remove references to a task risk assessment (TRAX) from the work permit.

• Remove references to safe job analysis (SJA) from the work permit.

• Remove references to work order from the work permit.
