Include attachment on supplementary form

You can add attachments to a Supplementary Form type and those attachments will appear on every new Supplementary Form of that type that is created.

To include attachment

  1. On Supplementary Form type and site window, select a type.

  2. Click the Attachment icon on the main toolbar. The Attachment window opens.

  3. Select an attachment class. If you chose Internet address, provide a URL. If you chose File storage, browse to select a file to attach.

  4. Select the Copy to main entity when it is created check box.

  5. Click Save on the main toolbar.
