Default access group for workflow

Default access group for all users

It is good practice to maintain a general access group for the default set of permissions. This is the lowest level of access in the workflow process.

Create the user access group

You should create a general Access Group for all front-end users to give default access to process workflow.

You can name this group as you like. All users should be a member of this access group.
