Configure a dynamic workflow

You can configure a process workflow for entities that allow workflows.

For each entity type, you will need to plan out the workflow for that entity.

Decide which statuses are editable

For each status, specify whether the content is modifiable while the entity is in this status.

Create access roles and apply to statuses

For statuses, create user access roles and then apply to individual statuses.

Give user group access to perform workflow actions

Give access to defined user groups so they can perform individual workflow actions.

Design the approval loop

For workflow actions, create recipient roles and then apply to individual workflow actions.
