Add questions to a checklist template

You can add, edit, or delete questions connected to an SJA template.

Edit checklist questions

1. Right-click the selected template, and select Edit questions.

   

   The Questions window appears.

   

Add a new question

2. Add a new question by clicking the New button on the main toolbar.

   

3. Click the Lookup icon next to the Category and choose the Category that the question should be linked to. For example, A, B, C, D. Click Select.

   

4. On the Questions dialog box, enter the Sequence number, and Question fields.

5. Click Save on the main toolbar.

Edit a question

6. To edit a question, click in the appropriate field and change the Category, Sequence number, or Question fields.

7. Click Save on the main toolbar.

Change category for question

To select or change a Category, click on the Lookup icon next to the Category and select a category in the list which appears.

Question order

The Sequence number is the ordering within each category that the questions are listed.

Delete a question

To delete a question, select the question and click the Delete button on the ribbon menu.

Note: It’s not possible to edit or change a question/template that has already been in use. For this purpose, the template with the corresponding questions should be set as inactive and a new template with the changes should be created.
