Include Attachment on Risk Assessment Type

Inclusion of attachments on Risk assessment Types

You can add attachments to a Risk assessment type and those attachments will appear on every new Risk Assessment of that type that is created.

To include attachment

1. On the Risk Assessment type window, select a risk assessment type.

   

2. Click the Attachment icon on the main toolbar. The Attachment window opens.

   

3. Select an attachment class. If you chose Internet address, provide a URL. If you chose File storage, browse to select a file to attach.

4. Select the Copy to main entity when it is created check box.

5. Click Save on the main toolbar.
