Specify start status and end status of process

Each process for an entity has a start status and an end status.

Example

When performing the Send for Approval process, the start status is 100 and the end status is 200.

Specify start status and end status of process

1. On the Tools menu, point to System management and click Entities and workflow.

2. On the Maintenance of entities and workflow window, right-click an entity and click Processes on the context menu.

   

   On the Processes window, next to From status, click the Lookup icon and choose the starting status for the process.

   

3. Select the start status on the Lookup dialog box. Click Select.

   

4. Next to To status, click the Lookup icon and choose the ending status for the process. Click Select.

   

5. Click Save on the main toolbar.
