X Y coordinate system

The Image Calibration Tool uses an XY coordinate system with the origin point (0,0) in the upper left corner.
On the screen, the X-axis goes from left to right and Y-axis goes from top to down. All values are positive.
The red dot in this example is placed at 390 (X-axis), 285 (Y-axis). The unit is pixels.
