Automatically moving collections to another state
You can configure so that collections that are inactive or complete are automatically moved to another state.
This behavior is configured per site with the Job CLMOVEDTOCLOSE on the Job schedule window.
By default, the job is not active and is configured to run every Sunday. This schedule can be changed in OSM Admin.
Conditions
These are the conditions that will cause the job to change the status of a collection.

Condition 1 Empty and no change in status in 60 days Move collections that are "empty" (not linked to any work items) to status Cancelled. This applies to collections that have not changed status in the last 60 days.

Move the collection to Cancelled status. |

Condition 2 All work permits are closed or cancelled, but not in last 30 days Move collections that are linked to work items to status Closed. All work items must be Closed or Cancelled (in end status) and none of the work items were closed/cancelled in the last 30 days. |
Move the collection to Closed status. |
