Add categories to a checklist template

Template questions can belong to different categories.

Add categories to checklist

1. On the Main menu, double-click SJA Category.

   

Categories

The categories are listed with a description and sorting order. They are grouped by language.

Custom questions

You can add customizable questions to the templates. The Is of type "Own question" checkbox indicates that questions of this category will be of type customizable.

Number of questions in category

The No. of questions column lists the number of questions added to each category.

Add a New Category

Add a new category by clicking the New button on the main bar.

Delete a Category

You can delete a category only if no questions are added.

Make a Category Inactive

To disable a category, you can set as inactive by clearing the Active checkbox.
