Add subtypes for supplementary form

In some cases, the use of a Supplementary form may require a special category or subtype, and a different form.
You can attach unique forms to the subtypes.
If no form is attached to a subtype, the parent form is used.

Add subtypes for supplementary forms

On the Main menu, double-click Types and sites.

The Supplementary form - Type and Site Query dialog box opens.

Do a search query of existing Site/Type associations.

The result displays in the Supplementary form - Type and site window.

Right-click a Site/Type association and select Subtypes on the context menu.

The Supplementary form - Subtypes window opens.

Click the New
button on the main toolbar to add a new row in the table.

Enter a Code and a Name for the subtype.

Select the Active checkbox to make it active.

Click Save on the main toolbar.
Upload form to subtype

Right-click the subtype and select Upload form on the context menu.
