Post stage

The Post stage defines the set of statuses after the object (for example, a work permit) has finished with its main purpose.
This stage must always include the ending points for a life cycle, normally the statuses Closed and Canceled.

Example statuses in the Post stage

These are examples of Post stage statuses:

  • Completed

  • Canceled

  • Closed

  • To be evaluated

  • Validation

Example statuses for work permit

For a work permit, the statuses in the Post-stage can be:

  • Completed

  • Canceled

  • Closed

Assign a status to Post stage

  1. On the Tools menu, point to System management and click Entities and Workflows.

  2. Right-click the entity and click Statuses on the context menu.

  3. Next to Life cycle stage, click the drop-down arrow to show the list and select Post.
