Business rules
The BR customer configuration window enables you to manage custom business rules for an organization.

From the Tools menu, open the System Management window, and expand Customer bizrules.

Double-click Configuration (customer bizrules). The OSM Business Rules customer configuration window opens.

Click New on the main toolbar to add a new row.
