Filter list to relevant signing roles

You can configure the list to filter On behalf of to include only the users in the role being signed for.

Filter list of users

1. From the Tools menu, open the System management menu.

2. Double-click to open Entities and Workflows.

   

3. Right-click an entity in the Maintenance of entities and workflow table and select Signature definitions.

   

   The Signature Definitions window opens.

4. On Signature definitions window, right-click a specific signature and click Access and limitations on the context menu.

   

5. On the Maintenance of access rights and limitations window, select the Limit Behalf of checkbox.

   

   Only users that are members of the particular user group will be available in the Sign on Behalf of dropdown menu in the web application.

   If you do not apply a limitation, then all users will be available in the Sign on Behalf of dropdown menu.
