Accessing business rules for statuses
-
A status can have maximum 100 business rules enabled.
Guidelines for processing business rules on statuses
When a status has one or more business rules enabled, each of those rules will be performed whenever any process with To status equal to this status is performed.
-
Business rules on statuses are triggered by To field of process.
-
The rules will be performed in an arbitrary order. The order of the rules in the status window has no significance.
-
The rules will be performed only on the item (such as work permit) if the new status of the item is equal to the To status on the process.
