Roles for each status
After you create access roles that apply for the entire entity, you can grant role access at the individual status level.
-
You can apply an access role to any Editable status.
-
Access roles restrict the ability to edit to certain users in access role.
-
If status is Editable and access roles are applied, people in access role can modify content when status appears to be in a non-editable state to other users.
-
If status is Non-editable, access roles cannot be applied.
