Include attachment on isolation list

Inclusion of attachments on Isolation Lists

You can add attachments to an Isolation List type and those attachments will appear on every new Isolation List of that type that is created.

To include attachment

1. On the Type of Isolation List window, select a list type.

   

2. Click the Attachment icon on the main toolbar. The Attachment window opens.

   

3. Select an attachment class. If you chose Internet address, provide a URL. If you chose File storage, browse to select a file to attach.

4. Select the Copy to main entity when it is created check box.

5. Click Save on the main toolbar.
