Add a Risk Assessment Type

Risk Assessment Type

Create a risk assessment type and then configure its risk assessment matrix.

You can have multiple risk assessments active for a Site.

Add a Risk Assessment Type

1. On the Main menu, double-click Risk Assessment type.

2. Enter a search criteria into the query window and click OK.

   

   This returns a list of the matching risk assessment types in the Risk Assessment Type window.

   Note: If the query returns no items, see Adding new rows when query returns '0' rows.

   

3. Click New on the main toolbar to add a new row in the table.

4. Specify the values for the risk assessment type on the Risk assessment type window. See Risk Assessment Type Parameters.

5. Click Save on the main toolbar.
