Site parameters

• Code

Enter a unique code for the Site. The code can contain only the following characters: A to Z, 0 to 9, period (.) hyphen (-) and underscore (_).

• Active

Select the checkbox if this Site should be active.

You can add a Site and not set it to Active yet. You can also deactivate Sites.

When a Site is active, it will appear as an option in the Web application.

• Default

Only one Site should be the default. The default is applied to a new entity.

• Description

You can add a description of the Site. This is optional.

• Prog value

This field is for advanced programming values.

• Length of shift

The length of the shift in hours. The default is 12 hours.

• Start of first shift

The time of day that the first shift starts.

• UTC offset

The time zone of the Site, expressed as number of hours relative to UTC.

• DST (Daylight Savings Time)

Enables the system to check whether the Site is currently in DST time, according to time zone region and location.

• TZ region area

The time zone region. This property becomes enabled when DST is selected.

• TZ region location

The time zone location. This property becomes enabled when DST is selected.

• Maximum no. of tasks on a safe job analysis

The maximum number of tasks that can be added to a Safe Job Analysis at this Site.

• Work position on plot plan requires altitude

In a multi-level Site, the position on a plot plan may require vertical position as well, for example, floor level or height above ground.

• Plot plan default zoom level

The default zoom level for plot plans at this Site.

• Context site

The code for a site in AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM) that is used by the Isolation module when connecting to AIM.

• Schematics class

Specifies the allowed schematics class codes separated by a pipe character (|). Schematics class codes apply to the Isolation Plan. See Specify schematics classes for isolation plan.

• Code

Displays the values of the Code parameter.

• Description

Displays the values of the Description parameter.

• Active

Displays the values of the Active check box.

• Default

Displays the values of the Default check box.

• Use altitude on plot plans

Displays the values of the Work position on plot plan requires altitude check box.

• Prog value

Displays the values of the Time zone parameter.

• Length of shift

Displays the values of the Length of shift parameter.

• Start of first shift

Displays the values of the Start of first shift parameter.

• Maximum no of tasks on SJA

Displays the values of the Maximum no. of tasks on a safe job analysis parameter.

• Context site

Displays the value of the Context site parameter.

• Schematics class

Displays the value of the Schematics class parameter.

• Time zone offset

Displays the values of the Time zone parameter.

• DST

Indicates whether the Site is currently in DST time, according to time zone region and location.

• TZ region area

The time zone region area. This property is enabled when DST is selected.

• TZ region location

The time zone region location. This property is enabled when DST is selected.
