Inactivate members of an access group

You can inactivate all the users belonging to an access group at one time.
When you perform this action, the following occurs:

Removes all users from the access group

Makes each individual user inactive.

Does not remove the access group.
Caution: Users to be inactivated will be removed from all access groups (not only selected access group) and all entity roles.
Inactivate members of an access group

Open the System Management menu, and double-click Access groups.

Right-click an access group and click Inactivate users.

A confirmation message appears. Click Yes.

If you want to continue, click Yes.

A completion message appears. Click OK.
