Open the Work Permit Form Editor

On the Main menu, double-click Work permit type to open the Work permit type window.

Enter a search criteria into the query window and click OK.

Right-click a work permit type and select Work permit form editor to open the editor.
The Work Permit Form Editor opens in a browser window. If no form has been uploaded yet, the form editor appears empty.
