Configure an automatically selected checkbox if another checkbox is selected

Sometimes, you want to configure the logic that clicking one Checkbox field will automatically cause one or more other related checkboxes to also be selected.

Example

Selecting the Working at height checkbox will also cause Requires turbine shutdown checkbox to be selected.

Configure an automatically selected checkbox

  1. Select the target checkbox in the form; for example, Requires turbine shutdown.

  2. (Optional) In the editing panel, select the Read only property.

  3. Go the source field; for example Working at height.

  4. On the Working at height field, add a rule. Select Has-Value: set Target as checked.

  5. Choose the Target field.

  6. Click Add to add the rule.

  7. Click Save in the Work Permit Form Editor.
