Add statuses to an entity

The Statuses window is where you can define the workflow for an entity by adding valid statuses for the entity.
The entity, such as a work permit or isolation, moves from one status to the next.

Each status has a code number, such as 100. A process takes an entity from one status to the next.
For example, in this table a status moves from 100 to 200.

Define statuses for an entity

Open the Entities window.

Select an entity and then right-click anywhere in the window to open the context menu.

Click Statuses.

The window lists the defined statuses for that entity.

Add a new status to the entity

Click New
on the main toolbar to add a new row in the window.

Enter the Code and Description and other details. For more information, see Reference for status parameters.

Click Save.
