Add supplementary form type definitions

This topic relates to Configure Supplementary Forms.

Add a type definition

  1. On the Main menu, double-click Type definitions.

    The Type definition for supplementary form window opens.

  2. Click the New button on the main toolbar to add a new row in the table.

  3. Enter the field details.

    • Code

    Enter a unique code for the type.

    • Active

    Select the checkbox if this type should be active.

    You can add a type and not set it to Active yet. You can also deactivate types.

    • Prefix

    Enter a prefix for the form.

    • Name

    The name of the form that will display in the AVEVA™ Operational Safety Management Web Application.

    • Description

    You can add a description of the Supplementary form.

Click Save on the main toolbar.
